Mebane Dogwood Festival (38th Annual)

Location: Downtown Mebane, NC Dates: April 24–25, 2026 A beloved local tradition celebrating spring with arts, crafts, food vendors, live entertainment, and family activities.

Apex PeakFest

Location: Downtown Apex, NC Date: May 3, 2026 Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM One of the largest festivals in the area featuring arts & crafts vendors, live entertainment, and local food.

Aloft Hot Air Balloon Festival

Location: Cedarock Park — Burlington, NC Dates: May 8–10, 2026 Hours: To Be Announced Experience the magic of colorful hot air balloons, live music, food vendors, and family activities.

Cheerwine Festival

Location: Downtown Salisbury, NC Date: May 16, 2026 Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Celebrate the iconic North Carolina drink with live music, food, shopping, and entertainment throughout downtown Salisbury.
